Many years ago I had an organic food business. Organic because I’d grown up in a time of Mad Cow disease. That was a time when farmers had no problem feeding infected sheep brains to cows & when those cows became infected it was served up to us. Spoiler alert…that didn’t turn out so well!

So when I started my organic food business, I knew for sure I wanted to make a change in the industry. That’s when I got to see behind the curtain. It turns out what you see on an ingredient list is just the start. The chemicals, the processing, the monopolies, all kinds of things are not shown on the label. That’s why today I want to support businesses making real food.

I’ve had a career working in branding & packaging working with some of the biggest brands in the world & I know exactly what it’s like to start a food business.
